These terms govern your use of GifEmoji at chatgptgif.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service and your account

GifEmoji provides tools for creating reaction GIFs, memes and animated sticker packs from user-provided content. Features may be unavailable while testing or maintenance is in progress. You must be at least 13 and have any permission required by law to use the service. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in email or Google account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content to our service providers solely as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must have the necessary rights and consent for photos, likenesses and other material you submit. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or exploitative content, impersonate others deceptively, infringe others’ rights, bypass safeguards, interfere with the service or use it to harm people.

AI-generated results

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other output. Review results before sharing or relying on them. We cannot guarantee that a result is unique, suitable for a particular purpose or free of third-party rights. Any rights you may have in output remain subject to applicable law and rights in the inputs. Features and previews do not guarantee a particular result.

Credits, checkout and refunds

When purchases are enabled, the checkout page states the price, currency, taxes and included credits before you pay. Current credit offers are one-time purchases, with no automatic subscription renewal. Purchased credits do not expire under the current offer terms. Credits are account-bound service entitlements and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Stripe processes checkout and any applicable managed-payment terms are presented there.

Contact support with your account email and purchase information if a payment or delivery fails or you need a refund. Do not send full card details. Refunds revoke unused credits associated with the refunded purchase, including a proportional adjustment for partial refunds. Requests involving consumed credits or historical balances require review. Independent gifts and credits from other purchases are kept. Credits reserved for a pack are released if it cannot be delivered. This does not limit refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply by law. We may investigate suspected fraud and correct duplicate grants or mistaken balances.

Downloads and third-party services

Generated files are available for a limited time, as shown in the product. Download and back up results you want to keep. Removing content or expiration may make files unavailable. Optional Telegram delivery and Google sign-in also depend on those providers’ availability and terms. We cannot guarantee third-party service availability.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change features, suspend access to prevent abuse or security incidents, or discontinue a feature. Where required, we will provide notice and honor applicable rights concerning paid services. You can stop using the service at any time and contact support about account deletion. Transaction records may need to be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibilities and disputes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. If a dispute arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute remains subject to applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not remove mandatory rights available where you live.
